Edinburgh-born Sophia Green followed up a BA in Marketing Management with over 10 years in the marketing industry. Having initially held the position of regional manager for a marketing agency, Sophia worked with agencies such as Channel Advantage, CPM and Reach, servicing a number of high profile clients: Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Kimberley Clark, Nestle and Tefal. In 2005, Sophia was awarded “Client Handler of the Year” – Field Marketing Awards.

Headhunted into Reach in 2007, Sophia turned around a flagging Tactical Department, increasing turnover by 1.7 million in just one year, at the same time implementing change - pursuing her vision in a pragmatic and focused manner – and successfully renewing confidence in the Tactical Department amongst clients.

In 2009 Sophia set up her own independent agency: Mirror Marketing.      

Away from work, Sophia enjoys exhilarating experiences: jumping from 10,000ft for charity, rock climbing, jumping the highest bungee jump in Australia and visiting Go Ape!
